I offer guided tours in English, Spanish, and French to meet the needs of all international visitors.

Let’s be honest, the medieval city of Carcassonne is very popular with visitors. For a more peaceful visit, I recommend avoiding July and August, which are the busiest months.

To enjoy the widest choice of time slots and secure your spot, I recommend booking as early as possible.

Yes, the town is generally accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, the count’s castle is not. Please also note that the ramparts and narrow streets are paved, which can make it a little difficult to navigate in a wheelchair.

Tours take place in all weather conditions! In the event of extreme weather, I will notify you to cancel or postpone the tour. Otherwise, don’t worry: your guide is ready for anything 😊.

The route is almost entirely flat, with only a few steps (about ten) to climb. However, the count’s castle is much more difficult and you will have to climb up and down many steps.

The tours include historical explanations (dates, religions, names of historical figures) that may be abstract for children under the age of 7. However, I love sharing this adventure with younger children and I strive to make the tour fun and engaging for them!

Animals are welcome during the visit, except inside the count’s castle.
